Please find enclosed a copy of my letter with enclosures to Cuban UN Ambassador Bruno Rodriguez Parrila, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Cuba to the United Nations, concerning a request to be forwarded to President Fidel Castro Ruz concerning a petition to the World Court, The Hague. This request involves The Ashley Montagu Resolution To End The Genital Mutilation of Children Worldwide that is fully explained in the enclosures.

Any co-ordination that you can provide with Ambassador Parrila in bringing this material and request to the attention of President Fidel Castro Ruz would be greatly appreciated.
